hello sir...i am 24 years old ..i hav a dark patch on both side of my nose from last 8 years..i wear spects....i have tried evrythning..all good brands creams..and home remedies.but this patch never fades...this patch looks very odd and bad....this dosent blend with my skin...

To treat the hyperpigmentation you may use strong pigment reducing creams like hydroquinone 4 percent or glycolic acid 12 percent. If you have already used these go with spot trichloroacetic acid peels or q switched laser to reduce the spots.
