Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bad body odor which is because lots of hormonal changes that would occur in the body. Prolactin, FSH, LH etc are hormones that undergo variety of changes. You need to get evaluated and monitor hormone levels and any hormonal changes are causing this problem in you. Apply vitamin E oil at night and maintain proper personal hygiene . You should start with use of topical antibacterial clindamycin gel as a spot treatment for acne during day time and at night you may use a topical retinoid. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination.
