Hi
Welcome to Health care magic

I went through the history you have provided here.
It seems from the history that you are having chronic migraine despite taking treatment with propranolol and epilim. Migraines usually run a long course but as the age increases they tend to become less severe and resolve completely.
Hence no need to worry, do continue treatment as advised by your doctor.
Along with medical treatment you need to avoid predisposing factors like certain foods, exposure to cold or hot, darkness.... which may precipitate an attack of migraine.

Hope this is helpful to you.
