Hi, I drank a couple of drinks a week ago, but ever since I feel like I am in a perpetual hang over, specially around noon. I have headaches located at the top of my head, and my stomach feels upset (although my vowel movements remain normal). Plus I feel tired. Can you help me?
It is quite possible that you might be having gastritis/acidity. A course of antacids like pantoprazole might help. Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day. Dehydration also causes headache. A tablet of paracetamol might help. Avoid spicy oily food, smokiung, alcohol, tea, coffee, carbonated beverages.
Regards, Dr. Divya Kuttikrishnan
