Hello PCOD ( Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease or Syndrome ) . Let me explain ,what is and how occurs PCOD. Cysts are often caused by hormone changes . Most common symptoms are irregular menstrual cycle, scanty menses , amenorrhea, ovarian stroma , hirsutism, acne, obesity . Using birth control pills can sometimes help regulate hormone levels so that the cysts can be taken care of. In your case previously ,your doctor advise novelon and after this FEMILON . Your gyne will likely want you to come back after you have been on the femilon to see if the cyst is gone.
