Hi I am 39 years. I am 5' 8" tall and Weigh about 90 kilos . I am trying to loose weight but,,, I am on a healthy diet , I exercise five day a week for 1hr to 45 minutes but the weight is like stuck . Even a mild change in the diet then the weight shoots up . I have checked for thyroid . The results are negative

Include more protein in your eating susch as fish, chicken, egg, white egg, cheese, cottage cheese, milk, yogurt, more fruits and vegetables and less carnbohydrates such as pasta, white bread and rice, cookies. Exercise. Do weight training because it build up muscle and the more muscle you have the more calorie you will burn. Or you can register yourself in aerobic classes, martial arts, swimming or any other sport that you are interested at. Best regards.
