hi Bkp..motherhood is a lovely feeling but yes the weight gain along with it isn't. So to lose weight continue with your 45 minutes walk and eat small meals every 2-3 hours to up your metabolism
and prevent fat storage. Like start your day with a cup of green tea and 2 dates, some oats porridge/ savory oats for breakfast, fruits and almonds for mid meals, sprouts/ egg whites as evening snacks, make sure to have salads with lunch and dinner. avoid carbs for dinner like rice, breads etc.. have soups, salads, veggies/ grilled chicken/ steamed fish/ tofu/ low fat cottage cheese. drink atleast 2-3 litres water/day and rest well.
