For reduction of wt basic thing is control of diet and exercise any other recommendation
comes later because they are temporary. you should take low calori dirt like plenty of
green leafy vagetables,plenty of salads, fruits low calori like water melon apple, give
up extra colori by cold
beverages, ice cream, choclates etc.Try to take tea or any
thing like coffe if you have habbit with less milk and without sugar etc. And exercise
daily for at least 45 minutes like swimming walking etc. will help you Thanks
