Dear friend i can understand your concern,
in my opinion i would like to say that you are borderline diabetes or pre diabetes.
the good news is this pre diabetes is reversible.
maintain your bmi below 24
Bmi can be calculated by using your height and weight
follow good diet program consult a DIET EXPERT
what ever exercise you are doing is very good.
check your Hba1c also and let me know
I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
