Hi welcome to HCM.
Your total cholesterol levels seem to be on a higher note.this elevated blood lipids can be managed with physical measures like restricting the dietary intake to around 2100 kcals/day.Maintain your BMI around 21.5.Have a regular physical activity of 20 min briskwalk 5 times a day.Regular intake of oat meal for breakfast cause rapid reduction of blood cholesterol.Drink 3-4 liters of water a day.In case of absent response to these measures drugs like Statins ex Rosuvastatin will help to decrease the blood lipids.Consult your doctor for further queries.
Thank you
