How To Reduce Stomach Pain?

hi, doctor
i am having a pain from last tan days in my stomach . i thought it was a normal gastric problem but the pain is continue . last days it increases too much . can't tolrent these pain . now it always countinue whileam breathing . i can't breath freeely . i m worried abput this pain .
please suggest me the way to get out of this pain .

Hello, thanks for posting your query on HCM.
It seems from your post that your pain is significant- with difficulty breathing.
I suggest you see a doctor at the earliest, rather than take over-the-counter painkillers.
Pain that is persistent/increasing must not be ignored. You need to know the origin of the pain to treat it effectively.
Your doctor can examine your chest and abdomen, ask for blood tests, ultrasound etc. and give you medication.
Common causes of abdominal pain are kidney/ureteric stones, bowel inflammation/infection, gastric ulcer to name a few.
Continue to maintain good hydration, and avoid spicy oily food.
