How To Reduce Small And Red Spots With Tiny Pussy Head?

My son has spots that look like breakthrough Chickenpox (he has been immunized) hes nearly 3 and has had the spots for 2 months they flare up and then settle down. They are small and red and occasionally have tiny pussy head on them maybe 13 spots currently, but decreases to 5?

Thanks for the query,

He might have developed furuncles.

These are superficial bacterial infections.

Treatment can be with topical antibiotic like ointment mupirocine.

If the condition persists a course of oral antibiotics might be required.
