Welcome to Health care magic forum,
You must be suffering from sinusitis if u had recurrent cough and cold, well in order to decrease headache you should take warm drinks and u should take hot water steam, this will give relief in your congestion n u will feel better, rest you should take Homeopathic treatment for permanent solution to this problem.
