hello how are you? how have you been? hows your health? anyhow my name is chris hayes and I am experiencing extruciating pain with my left rotator cuff I realize how delicate and sensitive the tissues are so even though I rest it quite abit however im very active these days im thinking it has come to must required surgical procedure what do you think?
