Hello, This pain and bleeding are to be really taken care of immediately. The possibilities are an inevitable intra-uterine or an ectopic pregnancy getting aborted; the presence of a gestation sac can be viewed through a trans-vaginal sonogram at about the missed period onward. Ovarian causes are also to be ruled out for the pain. Please see a specialist for further management. If there is an intra-uterine pregnancy with some bleeding, it should be seen whether it is viable to plan further care. If there is an ectopic, management depends on the location and extent. Do not exert at all. Hope this helps.
