How To Reduce Nerve Pain? Drunk Feeling After Taking Lyrica. BP Comes Down On Taking Pill
Is there any way nerve pain can be helped? Lyrica makes me feel drunk and will make me go out for a minute or two. Also have you any advice for a person whose.body will react to pain that the brain fails.to recognize? I have to be in horrible pain before my brain realizes it. Often pain will elevate my diastolic reading but I am not feeling pain. If I take a pain pill my blood pressure will you come back down. I have had 26 surgeries
I understand your concerns. I am sorry to hear that you have had so many surgeries. While it is difficult to deal with neuropathic pain, it is also not very easy to treat the condition and the medications that treat the kind of pain will have side effects like you have experienced. I hope you consult a doctor for alternative medication. In my practice, the medications other than pregabalin, that are used include gabapentin, duloxetine, etc. However this could also depend on the other medications that you are on and whether there would be medication interactions. I hope this helps.
Take care and have a lovely day!
