Hi, I wanna consult you regarding my fat problems, I am 25 , 6 feet tall and i weight around 94 Kg. I want to come down weight to 82-83 Kg. I run 1-2 miles daily and i eat only 1 time a day. I am also consuming alcohol once in 15 days.Please advice what should be done to reduce my weight
You can take high protein, and vitamin diet,take heavy salads and fruit juices. Avoid fatty, oily, junk food,milk products containing high fat,non veg ,beer. Drink 4 to 5 little water daily. Do exercises for weight reduction,yoga,pranayama.
