How To Reduce Hair Fall Inspite Of Having A Dry Scalp Issue?

hi,
I am a 31yr male. I have facing this hair loss since 3 to 4 yrs. Initially it was very less, but since a year, it has increased. My hair looks very dry and thin. Also, have this dry sclap issue, which isn't reducing after using medicated shampoo regularly (Nizoral).

Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Uncontrolled seborrheic dermatitis can lead to increased hair shedding plus you could also be suffering from androgentic alopecia.

I would suggest that you use a topical steroid lotion at the scalp skin, once daily at night in addition to Nizral shampoo.

An oral antiandrogen e.g Finasteride 1mg once daily would be beneficial in case associated androgenetic alopecia.

regards
