Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having refractive power and the power is increasing.
Normally the eye power should become constant by the age of 20-21 years.
Since it is increasing you need to consult your ophthalmologist for examination to rule out conditions like corneal thinning, keratoconus....
Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back yo me for further questions.

Thank you
