How To Reduce Eye Power?

1.) I had undergone LASEK surgery three years back, but my number has been increasing since then. It is currently -4 in my my right eye and -3.50 in my left eye. I have been told that my cornea is not as thick as it should be (460) to undergo laser surgery again. I have been prescribed FML (Fluorometholone opthalmic suspension) and Nepalact (Nepafenac opthalmic suspension) drops twice a day for three months as the doctor mentioned some haze and wants to find out why the number has been increasing. Are these drops safe? 2.) For the last month, I have also been experiencing a floater in my right eye which is very distracting. Are there any eye exercises to get rid of it? 3.) What can I do to reduce my number? Are there any eye exercises for this? Is there any other laser treatment I can undergo?

You have already discussed the matter. if nothing can be done now then you have to go for residual corection by specs. It is the only option.
