First & foremost see that you do not get exposed to sun directly; computers; pollution; dust etc.
Try to have adequate sleep. Eat healthy, Stop rubbing your eyes, less worries etc. these are preventive aspects. Apply cucumber slices or potato slices and apply them to closed eyes for ten minutes. You can try aloe vera sap on your skin also.

Thanks for query,
It seems that you might have Iron deficiency anemia.
Take good branded iron capsules for about one month.
Take Vit A,D, and E tab.
Take plenty of green veggies and fresh fruits.
Apply branded face cream containing vit E.
Avoid constipation.
