How To Reduce Cylindrical Power In Eyes?

How do I reduce the cylindrical power for my son who is just 6+ years ,his powers -3.5 in right eye and -3.0 in left eye. Do I need to give him any particular intake, I mean in food so that it may help us in someway or any other treatment to improve is eye sight or protect the power to increase. I am suffering from the same since my childhood, even I have cylindrical and sp power both, now I am suffering from PMD. My left eye cylindrical power is -17 and right eye -6. So , I am afraid that , if it is not affect to my Son. Need your suggestion in all respect.

nothing of that short will effect your son. there no diet or other means to reduce the power. Now he has to take the the correction. you can get the refraction inyor place of choice. you can again get checked with anther reductionist then you can accept the best you believe. after one year you can get it reviewed. you have mentioned -3and-4 but has not mentioned about cylinder or sphere. if it is spherical it will increase up to his age attending 25.when it is stabilized you can opt for contact lens. you can also go for refractive surgery.
