What are your VLDL, HDL, TG levels ?
Improving lipid profile needs concerted efforts from diet, lifestyle and drugs.
Complications include atherosclerosis, stroke, MI, CAD and many more.
Better give up on smoking and alcohol now.

You need to first stop smoking and drinking alcohol. Stop eating fatty food. Introduce fresh fruits and vegetables into your diet. Eat according to a diet chart prepared by your dietician. Exercise for atleast 40 minutes a day.

Try this for around 2-3 months. You must also visit your Doctor who may put you on a cholesterol and LDL reducing drug. Keep well.
