How To Reduce Belly Fat?

I was a perfect weight for myself for over 10 years now, but in recent months I went on a muffin binge. I m nearly 64 and work in a grocery store where they have a bakery mark-down rack. Very tempting. They have many bakery items on that rack including 4pk muffins. Not so much anymore, though. Anyway, the muffins were so good I believe I over did it. Within a couple of months, it seems, I gained 15 lbs.. My question is, what foods are good to get rid of belly fat? I had felt so fortunate for so long.
