How To Reduce Back Pain?

I usually have severe back pain, I m sure its due to my work. I m working in high dependent unit where we do lots of manual handling and lifting. I think I might have had slip disc. The pain is severe. I ve been using tab to relieve my pain. What can I do?

Well come to HCM
If you are just right on your place then this could be due to disk problem and for that you need to get done the MRI of spine, till the you suppose to be in bed and continue the given analgesic medicine such symptoms must not be taken as granted, hope this information helps, take care.
