How To Reduce Abnormally Increasing Waist Size?

Hi

I am 25 years old,height 5.1, weight 60 kgs. I want to reduce my abdominal and tummy size.Now a days , my waist size is increasing abnormally. I have stopped eating junk food and do regular exercise. I have limited my diet to 3 meals a day. Can u plaese suggest what i can do ,so that i can reduce my abdominal weight.

The best way to reduce weight are

1.diet
2.exercises
3.being more active.
4.avoiding unhealthy food.
5.slow weight reduction always fits to any one.crashing diet will end up in health issues.


Engage in physicial activities like
Cycling, jogging, swimming walking for at least 30 min 5 times a week
In gym or home you can start with -stretching exercises, abdominal crunches involving upper and lower abdominal muscles, cat and camel ex, abdominal tuckins and other strengthening exercises for hip, leg.

But please make sure you dont increase your food intake in mean time.

Drink more glasses of water, when you are thirst please do not take any other fluids as a substitute like juice, coke, etc .take green tea twice daily that burns fat and keep you active.
Eat lot of fruits and vegetables, this will not only reduce hunger but also add to the bulk of the food making you fullr. Skimmed dairy products, take fresh salad after lunch and dinner like cucumber, tomatoes with curd.

Avoid high calorie food like fries, pizza, sweets and others.
