Don't eat a lot of meats. Especially not late at night.
Limit consumption of dairy products and hard cheeses.
Exercise by taking a walk every day. Preferably late morning and again mid afternoon.
Engage in a habit of relaxation.I suggest the best way to do that is through self-hypnotic
relaxation tapes that have subliminal music/messages.
