How To Recover From Corneal Ulcer?

I have a small corneal ulcer related to overuse of contact lenses, unfortunately I cannot go to the eye doctor as I haven't any vision insurance anymore and cannot afford it at this time. what can I do to treat this at home. I had one once before, years ago, and I know I was given eye drops only, but cannot remember what kind they were. It was also due to overuse of contacts. I removed the lenses as soon as I noticed the typical symptoms: watery eye, bloodshot, very minor pain and light sensitivity. The size has decreased, it is almost undetectable if you didn't know it was there. There is no longer any pain, watery eye, or sensitivity in it. Please let me know. I had some Tobramycin 0.3% on hand but that is all.

Prolong use of contact lens can give rise to dry eye syndrome. Corneal ulcer has to be diagnosed only by stainig and examination in a slit lamp . Most probably it will be dry eye corneal erosion. Remove contact and apply artificial tear drop. Use specs for 7days.
