Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Change can be difficult. Persons use smoking to relax and when interacting with friends and having smoked for years, it is understandable to be scared of stopping but you need to weigh the risks and benefits.

At some point, probably by yourself, you should weigh the pros and cons of smoking and the pros and cons of stopping. Include not only the different cancers that are more likely in a smoker but also issues like : (1)money spent (that can be used or saved elsewhere, you should estimate how much would have spent in last 2 yrs)
(2)dentition
(3)affect on facial features
(4)decreased lifespan of 10 yrs

It can be difficult but if you enlist the help of your friends and family, you should be able to do it but you to want to change for yourself.

I hope this helps
