Quitting alcohal is easier when you yourself take the initiative. The support of your family and friends also very helpful.

Some home remedies like Raw almonds are useful in quitting the alcohal. Soak six dates in a half a glass of water for 3 hours. Drinking this mixture 2-3 times a day is very effective in treating alcoholism. Grapes are well known remedy for curing the alcoholism. Eating grapes for a month can help you recover from your alcoholic state.

Besides that Yoga and Meditation is also helpful.

You can also try to consult a Homeopath.
