General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would be best to see your doctor for an assessment as soon as possible.

Unintentional weight loss always needs to be investigated to find the cause.

This assessment would include physical examination , blood tests and imaging.
Blood tests would include :(1)a complete blood count and ESR( checks for inflammation in the body),
(2)liver function tests,
(3) thyroid function tests (if high, this would cause weight loss)
(4)kidney tests
(5)calcium

It would be best to be assessed.

I hope this helps
