Ur daughter has a sleep problem.it is called sleep association.
The child in such a case is habituated n depends upon a person(mother)or thing or place(mothers lap) for sleep n cannot sleep without it even if tired.
U can try following tips
Make a fixed nap n sleep time schedule
Do not feed or play with her just before sleep time.try to relax her with head massage
,bath or music or story
Try to make her sleep after sunset say 8 pm not later than 9
Try to put her down when she is drowsy but not fully asleep.Be consistent n in few
days to mths she ll learn to sleep
