Endocrinologist 's  Response
Hi,

Nasal bleeding after a trans-spenoidal surgery is usually due to a problem in nasal cavity or due to hypertension. If your mother's BP is normal, please consult and ENT surgeon and have her nasal cavity examined, it could be due to some infection or retained blood clots.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help

With warm regards,
Dr Ajish TP (MD,DM)
