I had a decompression surgery at left side L4-5 and also I have a Grade I Spondylolisthesis I need to know what I need to do to prevent a new synovial cyst and worsening the Spondylolisthesis and also I want to know if I will be able to back to work I am a 62 years old man

do core strengthening exercise, don't lift heavy weight, avoid sternous activities, and keep weight under check
