How To Permanently Rectify Vision Impairment?

hello. how can i get rid of my spectacle permanently (without contact lenses). i am 18 and i am wearing glasses since when i was 13-14 years... i have come across many exercises right now while searching on google. do the exercises work where eyes need to be rotated and focused on objects ?

It seems from the history that you are having refractive error and you are using spectacles for correction for the same.

My response to your question is as follows.

The eye exercises will not be able to correct the vision impairment because of refractive error. You need to undergo refractive laser surgeries like Lasik for correction and to avoid the use of spectacles or contact lenses.
