How To Overcome Urinary Incontinence?

Hello
I am a 23 year old cebreal palsy person
My problem is incontinence. I cannot hold my urine
and it just flows, especially at night. I am so tired of a wet bed every morning and it seems to be getting worse. I use depends but that does not help also during the day it is very difficult, because I am constantly wetting on my self. Is there any medication that can help me? I would like to be
able to have regular times to go to the wash room
