How To Overcome The Withdrawal Feeling From Vicodan Tablet?

I have come off vicodan i was usins for 6 months doctor prescibed for hip replacement surgary and recovery I have stpped the opiates but now seem to be taking 8to10 10mm zolpedem a day, Ifeel phycicly dependent on these ambians,how habbit forming are the and how do I rdetox off??

VERY CAREFULLY. Withdrawal from sedatives including ambien can cause fatal seizures. This is easily preventable by adding a sedating anti-epileptic medicine to the drugs used to gradually get off the sedatives (takes only 1-2 weeks). You WILL however, have bad sleep for weeks afterwards.
