Hi doctor I have anal canal smell poop smell

Symptoms1. Moistureness inside my buttchecks even after I shower or I wipe.it feels uncomfortable 24/7

Symptom2. Anal fissure that hasn't healed with fiber supplemennt or hemriod cream I think it might be anal fissure or constipation in the colon

I exercise daily 4times a day I drink about a gallon of water a day and I eat 30 grams of fiber every day I eat three times a day help me please

I don't have himriods, Candida , and 18. I've had this problem for many years my friends and family ignore I'm jobless cause of this

Thanks for the query to HCM.
As diagnosis is very clear , so only question is treatment .
Fecal matter type smell is from anal fissure .
Because fissure is an opening from rectum ( lower part or anal canal ) to the exterior ( known as fissure ).
At the time of defecation or otherwise fecal matter oozes from this opening and this fecal matter smells like stool smell.
As for treatment point only two option are there .
1 Get surgery known as fissurectomy from a surgeon and this is the best treatment .
2 The next treatment is use of dilators , so consult a surgeon and get his opinion.
Fiber diet only help in constipation and this is not a treatment for fissure.
