Doc with lots of attempt i have given up the habit of chewing tobacco without any medical advise,now i am feeling good but feel i get tired after working for 6hrs and feel sleepy,local family doctor who is Mbbs said my Hb is low, am still on medicine,can't discuss my problem with anyone,don't have any friends,have only a son and aged parents,

As you left smoking is good and according to your doc hb is low but howmuch? Weakness is secondary to low hb so start eating as much as green leafy vegetables jaggery soya beat etc whuch are richest source of iron also took lemonas it helps to absorb iron. But you dont mentioned which medication you r taking...
