Elevation of liver enzymes suggest injury to liver cells.There are many causes for elevation of liver enzymes like alcohol intake,
Hepatitis B and C virus, wilson disease, autoimmune liver disease for which you need to be tested. So you may visit your doctor for these tests.
Also meanwhile what you should do is:
1. Avoid alcohol if you take
2. If you are
overweight or obese then do weight reduction by diet and exercise
3. take tablet
ursodeoxycholic acid 300mg tds and Cap evion 400mg od
For which you should:
1. Do reduce your weight by diet and exercise
2. At least 30 minutes
aerobic exercise per day
3. Low fat diet
4. tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300mg tds and
Vitamin E 400mg od
Also of TSH ie elevated then you should also take tablet thyrox according to the level of TSH
