How To Overcome My Pimples?
Hi Doctor,
I am 25 years old and recently getting lots of pimples on my faces.. specially in my cheeks and nose area,,
it has never been so bad till recently.. lots of black spots and blemishes appeared..
and there are some black patches which have appeared too,,
I have seen a doctor and he has prescribed me with cetaphil lotion and nadoxin cream..But i am not sure if this is gonna work.

You seem to suffer from moderately severe acne along with post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Surely you need an oral antibiotic e.g either Azithromycin 500mg Or doxycycline 100mg for 4 -12 weeks depending on the response.
Nadoxin gel can be used for day time application and a combination of benzoyl peoxide+adapalene gel for night application(Epiduo is my choice and is marketed by galderma in India).
Cetaphil cleansing lotion is good enough cleanser, for gentle cleansing.
