How To Overcome My Nose Bleeds And Headaches?
Hey. Today in work I had really Bad nose bleed. I was serving customers and it came on very suddenly. The blood was literally pouring from my nose, there was blood everywhere. I went to the bathroom and it also was coming out of my mouth. I have had many bleeds like it. I also suffer terrible headaches.

I can understand nose bleed is a very terrible situation.
But at that time you can do is bend forwards and pinch the nose and breath through your mouth.If ice is available then apply ice .
You should get an ENT consultation and get examined as recurrent nose bleed with headache suggests some mass inside the nose.I do not know your age so it is difficult for me to comment.
Get an MRI done to rule out.
Secondly get your blood pressure checked.
In doubt do reply.
