How To Overcome My Migraine Problem?

I Poonam Garg is studying in B.Tech. 3rd year and suffering from migraine since last 8 months and I am concerning with a doctor in fortis hospital and she bus giving me betcap 40mg, topirol 25mg, NVM-12, Calflash..
Please suggest me that these medicines are enough to overcome my migraine..

I had gone through the case and found that you must find the cause of migraine and try to avoid the trigger factor.

These medicine for decreasing the pressure of blood vessel of brain.
These are temporary relieving medicine.

Try for non drug therapy-

1- Bifeedbakck

2-Relaxing technique like meditation or progressive muscular relaxation.

3-Coginitive behavioral technique for relieving the stress related to your personal or professional life.

4- Regular and healthy eating- avoid the food which trigger the headache like processed lunch meats that contain nitrates, dried fruits that contain sulfides, aged cheese, alcohol and red wine, chocolate, and caffeine. However, people’s responses to triggers differ. Keeping a headache diary that tracks diet and headache onset can help identify individual food triggers.

5-Physically Active and avoid estrogen containing pills.

6- Take B complex, Ginger and fish oil to make you healthy.

whenever the migraine attack initiate take Aspirin for relax.
