How To Overcome My Chronic Joint Pain?

I have ehlors danlos type 1 & 3 and I suffer from cronic joint pain I poped my neck 2 nights ago and felt numbness in my face and limbs im not sure if it was an anxiety attack or if something was actually wrong but im very afraid to pop it again but if I dont pop it, it hurts and I cant stop thinking about popping it

Hello

Popping is common in EDS due to lax ligament ,do not worry about it.

You can apply ice take rest,and use analgesic gel,crepe bandage.
Then consult doctor when available.

If at young age you are having low vitamin D then there is high possibility that you will have osteoporosis

Symptoms of vitamin deficiency include
Bone pain and muscle weakness. However, for many people, the symptoms are subtle. Yet even without symptoms, too little vitamin D can pose health risks.
