How To Overcome Masturbation Addiction?
I am in a habit of doing it daily and sometimes I do it for a very long period of time taking gaps in between i.e. doing for 1 hour. but most of the time i do it for 10-15 minutes. I get so exited to do it while watching some sex videos or sometimes I do it when I m in my bathroom . I am 22 years old now and I am doing it since it was in class 4th. I cant control myself from doing it. how can stop it please help. I feel se weak after it. I have even gained weight(most of it is in my belly) i guess it is because of mastrubition. I have got backache,stomachache,arthritis and many others problems including the problem of white discharge. I am so scared .If i fell so weak now how will I be able to do sex with my partner when i get married ??? and even he will rub me then? even I have got specs because of this .how can I get rid of this? so that I can have a good life ahead .when I wake up in the morning my stomach pains so badly and my backache is increasing day by day.I don t even take proper diet I am so scared that will be able to have a good life in future.please help me to get out of this.please
