How To Overcome Habit Of Smoking?

Hi Doc i m trying to quit but evrytime i quit for 2 r 3 days and then i start again...can you plz tell me some fruit r some other tipe to reduce my smoking effects and also i cant mantain my erection more than 1 min...can you suggest some treatment for this

Its nice you decided to quit.

The mental conflict of "YES" or "NO" to a cigarette consumes your mental energy much. In this war, as is said"whoever wins, leads."The two things like bodily craving and the chain of thought disturbs you it seems.The obsession (Chain of thought)of having a cigarette can be dealt with by breaking any of the link. The links are - stimuli-thought-action. Even though the stimuli can not be stopped, we can interfere in the THOUGHT and ACTION. Thought can be directed towards a positive or creative activity thus keeping you busy always. When the thought is lingering, a conscious effort of saying "NO" to the ACTION for the cigarette in hand, I repeat the cigarette in hand and DESTROYING it totally will boost your confidence and when this mental game continues, you can easily break the chain. It is a very short term process which can be compared to avoding a person of low integrity who is not in your good books. The craving can be taken care of by a Psychiatrist by prescribing medications for rooting out the bodily disturbance. A spontaneous destruction of the cigarette in hand will boost your confidence.
