How To Overcome Depression ?

Hi, I am 31 years old. I have make Test Tube baby one time but unfortunately due to one baby in write tube and another is in normal place, indoscopy was made & due to this normal baby is also dead. so please give me suggestion what to do now ? I am in dipreshion now.
