How To Overcome Depression?

Hello I don t know if this is anonymously but my name is morgan and I ve been self harming for 5 years (highschool years) I left school last year because my mum found out I was self harming, she said she d take me to see a doctor but thinks I don t need to see one anymore. I took a self test for depression and my answers where mostly most of the time & all of the time

It may be best to still see a doctor for an assessment. He or she would be able to conduct a more thorough assessment than that of an online form.

There are also other psychological conditions that you would need to be evaluated for.
Assessment may also include blood tests to rule out any electrolyte or other conditions that may affect mental state.
