How To Overcome Depression Caused Due To Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?

Hi, Recently I was a victim of a armed robbery while working at my business in Mexico, I was shot (3) times and was very lucky that all (3) wounds the bullet did not hit any arteries or bones. However this fight for my life had left me with mental problems, depression, difficulty in performing work tasks and extreme memory and fatigue problems. I need help with treatment and applying for temporary social security disability benefits. I do not have health insurance.
