How To Naturally Treat DM As Medicines Are Causing Flatulance, Bloated Stomach And Bitter Taste?

I am 40 yrs old diagnosed with DM and taking metformin 1000 mg twice daily ,Glipizide 10 mg daily and Enalapril 10 mg prescribed by my doctors . But taking that i am feeling blaotning of stomach ,flatulance and bitter taste . Are these dose are high for me . My FBS was 187 mg when these medicine were prescribed . Also are there some natural medicine for DM . Please reply thx

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
You have got fasting blood sugar was 187, so you are using metformin1000, glipizide10, for diabetis, and enalapril10 for hypertension. The bloting sensation may not be related to the side effects, but is due to the gastric irritation.
Any how i advise you to consult your doctor for this bloating, and to find the dose for diabitis is sufficient or not.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine. If there is relief it will be continued for some time.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein
rich foods to have a comfortable time.
